What
time can you be at my door and begin?
Usually we begin at 8 a.m., however,
we can adjust that time to meet your scheduling requirements.

When
does the time clock start?
Our time starts when we are at
your door and ends when you say "nice job."
There is no charge for the drive time to your door;
there is only a charge for the time spent driving from
the location of the pick up to the location of the delivery.
Do
you have minimum hours?
Yes. We have a three hour minimum
during the week and four hour minimum on the weekends.
Does
Fast Action move grand pianos and big screen televisions?
Yes.
Are
wardrobe boxes provided?
Yes. On moving day six to eight
wardrobe boxes are provided for purposes of protecting
your hanging clothes.
How
are my light colored upholstered couch and chairs going
to be protected during the move?
Fast Action uses shrink-wrap on
all light colored upholstered items. This prevents the
items from being scraped, marred or soiled during the
move.
Do
I need to empty and/or remove my dresser drawers?
It depends upon a number of factors,
however, any breakable items must always be removed
and separately packed prior to transport. If the dresser
is being moved up tight stairs or through narrow doors,
then it is best to remove the drawers. Otherwise, they
can often be left in place and secured with shrink-wrap.
What
do I do with the contents of my refrigerator?
Normally we suggest that all contents
be placed into coolers or large ice chests that will
be transported during the move. When the Fast Action
truck arrives at the destination, refrigerator and ice
chest(s) will be placed in the kitchen and you may safely
transfer the contents at that time.
