On December 20, the final of the first Togo National Chinese Language Championship was held in the auditorium of the Confucius Institute at the University of Lome. Over 300 people gathered together to enjoy the competition.

The first Togo National Chinese Language Championship featured three segments in its final round: a Chinese speech, a Q&A on Chinese cultural knowledge, and a talent show. Ten outstanding contestants joined the final competition. After fierce competition, Giselle, a graduate of the Confucius Institute at the University of Lome from 2022, emerged as the champion of the contest with her excellent performance.
