On May 23 local time, the final of the 24th "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students in Togo, hosted by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Togo and organized by the Confucius Institute at University of Lome, was successfully held in Confucius Institute Auditorium.

ALEKA Asséhame Ella (Chinese name: Jiang Xiaoyu), a civil engineering student from Lome University, won the championship and will represent Togo to participate in the global finals in China.
